Midwestern Capital was founded in 2005 in Omaha, Nebraska, USA.  In March 2007, it acquired a partner Mr. Amar Banwait. The merged business of Midwestern Capital is a financial services firm focused on the delivery of excellence to its clients.

In 2007, Midwestern Capital LLC introduced its head trader Mr. Jeff Swanson; a Commodity Trading Advisor registered with the NFA.
